Outstanding low contamination to molten glass. It is applicable to the parts of glass furnace that require high corrosion resistance, such as all electric melting furnace, forehearth, weir, bubbling block, corner block of doghouse, etc.
Ronghua Refractory offers three types, including AZS-41 brick, AZS-36 brick, AZS-33 brick. The numbers 41, 36, and 33 represent the range of Zirconia content in the heat refractory bricks. For example, AZS-41 contains 41% ZrO2. Different types have different performance. Please choose the appropriate product according to your needs and AZS properties.

AZS refractory bricks are short for electrofused Alumina-Zirconia-Silica refractory bricks. This high content of alumina and zirconia improves the brick’s fire resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. AZS bricks perform well in high-temperature environments and make them ideal in many industrial applications, like glass furnaces.

AZS-33 bricks exhibit excellent resistance to liquid glass corrosion. It minimizes the formation of stones or defects and reduces the likelihood of small bubbles. Due to these characteristics, AZS-33 bricks are extensively utilized in glass kilns.

High-temperature Resistant
Ronghua AZS bricks have a high load softening temperature. They can operate normally at 1700 degrees Celsius. Their shape and strength remain unchanged.
Thermal Shock Stability
AZS and magnesium oxide bricks can continue to work with a stable structure even in situations of rapid temperature changes. They are not affected by thermal shock.
